Warranty Policy

Products sold by Royal Cicl and Royal Pro Division will be covered by warranty, as long as they fall into the following situations:

Products purchased in Brazil:

Product within the warranty period according to the product label; Manufacturing defect. The consumer must contact the store where they purchased the product so that the retailer can contact Royal Ciclo or Royal Pro.

Products purchased outside Brazil:

Royal Pro does not cover warranties for products purchased outside Brazil, but provides technical assistance and maintenance. In this case, you must contact us via email: [email protected] or phone (47)3521 0206

The warranty does not cover:

Defects or damage caused by misuse of the product, defects caused by unauthorized modifications or repairs, accident, alteration or improper installation.
